Nomination Details

Who We Are 

We are the Sylogist Education Team – Frank, Sarah, and Jessica. We’re responsible for creating almost all the content on our site, though we are starting to get some SMEs involved as Draft Contributors. 

How We Innovate 

Innovation, for us, comes in fits and starts as we have the time to look for the creative solutions that best serve our customers and goals. And often, innovative solutions are invisible to the end user, so recognition by our peers has great meaning for us. 

Some of our most innovative solutions have been shown before – the filter/sort table; nested definition lists; conditionally exposing our Contact Us button, as some customers don’t come to Sylogist directly for support.

Thank you for this nomination for the Innovation Award. Ultimately, most of our innovation is built on the foundations of our fellow users – so many times, we get the spark of an idea by seeing what YOU do and we run with it. So, really, this award is about making the most of our community.
