We are honored to be nominated for the Expert Award and proud to represent the evolution of knowledge management at Hyatt. This recognition reflects our team’s commitment to building a forward-thinking knowledge ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency, empowers colleagues, and elevates the overall guest experience. 
 
Over the past year, our team has transformed how information is created, structured, and consumed; shifting from static documentation to a dynamic, user-centered model designed for both human and AI interaction. 
 
Expertise in Action: 
 
A key milestone in our journey has been the introduction of ExpertAI (GenSearch), an AI-powered search experience that enables colleagues to interact with knowledge in a more intuitive and conversational way. This innovation has redefined how information is accessed, moving beyond traditional keyword search to deliver faster, more relevant, and context-aware results. 
 
To support this advancement, we proactively restructured our knowledge content to be optimized for AI consumption. By refining article formats, improving content clarity, and implementing structured frameworks, we have ensured our knowledge base is not only easy for colleagues to navigate, but also primed for tools like Copilot and other AI-driven experiences. This positions Hyatt at the forefront of modern knowledge management practices. 
 
In addition, we have established strong governance models, standardized content frameworks, and sustainable processes that ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. Our approach enables teams to operate with confidence, knowing they have access to reliable and well-structured information. 
 
Our work reflects deep expertise in knowledge strategy, content design, and digital transformation. We have not only improved the current state of knowledge management at Hyatt, but also laid the foundation for future innovation by aligning our strategy with emerging technologies and evolving business needs.
