Westerra Credit Union is a financial institution based in Denver, Colorado. Our organization exists to teach one another to prosper, and our vision is to build a financial community where we all truly belong.
Since our first onboarding with CXOne in the summer of 2022, our team and work within the KM system has undergone a massive transformation and deepened our connections with internal and external communities, as a result. The transition from SharePoint to a newer, more robust system has cultivated an ever-strengthening mindset around knowledge and process excellence, which further reinforces motivation for continuous improvement.
Over the past year, we’ve been active participants, and occasional hosts, for the Town Halls and Customer Meetups. Each experience provided an opportunity to engage fellow knowledge experts and share our unique perspectives, best practices, and potential goals. Our team continues to pursue every opportunity to test solutions with the product team, provide feedback on current or existing features, and strategize with fellow organizations to achieve the dream of building the best knowledge management systems.
Metamorphosis is an ongoing experience for Westerra Credit Union, one that will see our organization continue to evolve Knowledge Management and beyond. While Community Leadership is a pillar of our identity and the motivation for our perpetual evolution. Together, these attributes push us to reach for the best versions of ourselves that will serve us as much as our surrounding communities.
