Nomination Details
The Liaison International Education & Knowledge team remains engaged in the community, actively participating since its establishment.
In the past year, our achievements include:
- Ensuring attendance of at least one team member at meetups.
- Delivering presentations at numerous meetups focusing on Customer Experience Best Practices and a session on Chatbots.
- Engaging in one-on-one consultations with diverse peers beyond the Community meetups.
- Consistently contributing to the CXOne Customer Community by providing feedback and offering advice.
- Furnishing regular feedback to the Expert, suggesting enhancements to improve the product's functionality for all users.
