Nomination Details

The Liaison Education & Knowledge team remains engaged in the community, actively participating since its establishment.

In the past year, our achievements include:

• Delivering a presentation about personalization tools at the customer meetups.
• Ensuring attendance of at least one team member at meetups.
• Engaging in one-on-one consultations with diverse peers beyond the Community meetups.
• Consistently contributing to the NiCE KM Customer Community by providing feedback and offering advice.
• Furnishing regular feedback to NiCE KM, suggesting enhancements to improve the product's functionality for all users.
