Model N continues to expand our engagement with the Expert Customer Community, and we’re delighted to see how it is growing and becoming more valuable to us all!
We have leveraged the Customer Community extensively to deepen our expertise in Expert functionalities. As part of our commitment to community growth, we actively contribute our insights to support fellow members' success.
- Matt Adlai-Gail hosted a Customer Meetup in October 2024, sharing valuable lessons from our Expert implementation and CX journey.
- Our team has established a strong presence in the Customer Community forum by initiating and facilitating 7 substantive discussions.
- We have shared CSS and HTML code examples that we created and deployed to make CX improvements. Our Documentation leads will be sharing more innovations soon!
- We demonstrate our dedication by attending all Customer Meetups and making meaningful contributions to ongoing community conversations.
- We've taken a proactive role in the GenSearch pilot program, providing detailed feedback and use cases to both the Product Team and Customer Community.
