Nomination Details

Who We Are 

We are the Sylogist Education Team – Frank, Sarah, and Jessica. We’re responsible for creating almost all the content on our site, though we are starting to get some SMEs involved as Draft Contributors. 

What We Do 

Our Team values the documentation as much as the product when working towards a goal of client satisfaction. To accomplish this: 

• We have at least one member of our team present at all CXone meetups, and more often than not, all three of us are in attendance. 

• We have a large presence within the CXone community boards, answering questions and sharing knowledge we’ve gained, as well as learning from other members of the boards. We have introduced several innovative solutions to other companies as well as learning new items to add to our own repertoire.  

• We have hosted more than one CXone Coffee Hour, giving insight to and answering questions about Variables and other subjects relevant to the use of CXone. 

• Additionally, we have met with other companies to talk through some of the features and how we are using them.

We thank you for this nomination for the Community Leader Award! We very much enjoy interacting with the CXone community and are proud to be able to share the knowledge we’ve gained with the community as well as learn from our fellow CXone-ers.
