Nomination Details
Our submission for the Community Leader award highlights how we actively contribute to the NICE CX-one Expert community. We focus on collaboration, practical knowledge sharing, and helping other customers succeed through real-world experience.
We engage by posting and commenting in the Expert community, presenting at meetups and conferences, and connecting directly with other customers to share ideas, lessons learned, and best practices.
Our participation is ongoing, with regular posts, comments, and engagement that help keep conversations active and valuable for the broader community.
We’ve attended numerous meetups in the last year and presented on topics including "Driving Engagement and Insights with Pendo" and "GenSearch Customer panel", as well as sharing our experience at the NICE Interactions Conference.
Following the NICE Conference, we met one-on-one with another CX-one Expert customer to discuss GenSearch processes. Other customers have commented that the information we’ve shared has helped inspire improvements in their own knowledge base or in Pendo.
As a long-time Expert customer, we believe community leadership means openly sharing what we learn—whether that’s ideas, strategies, or solutions—to help elevate the entire NICE knowledge community.
